Ford Model T wasn?t first car designed and produced by the Ford Motor Company (in fact it was the 19th), it wasn?t the best looking car or the best construction, but it was the model that put the Ford in the vanguard. It was the first mass produced car thanks to the invention of assembly line. Ford managed to produce the cars much faster than his competition and his cars simply flooded the market.

Why is it legendary?

It was the first mass produced car in history - just imagine that over 15 millions of them were built by the Ford Motor Company. At that time they were EVERYWHERE in United States.
